UNIQUE SQUEEZE
BUSHING

The TS Series uses a squeeze bushing with a unique collet-like, hydraulic actuation system that delivers powerful, even clamping around the rotary shaft. When pressurized, the bushing contracts uniformly — similar to a collet — creating full 360° contact that eliminates play and maximizes rigidity. This precise, balanced engagement ensures consistent braking torque and repeatable accuracy under heavy cutting loads.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

The TS Series works in tandem with your rotary table’s air brake, combining forces for superior holding power. It adds up to 900 ft-lbs of torque without changing your controls, delivering a seamless boost in rigidity and stability.

ADDED RIGIDITY

Adding a TS Series braking system greatly increases the rigidity of your trunnion setup. With up to 900 ft-lbs of clamping torque, it prevents table movement during heavy off-center cuts, deep drilling, or when running long, heavy fixtures. The result is improved stability, accuracy, and surface finish — even under the most demanding machining conditions.

TS 1200

As Trunnions grow larger, the challenge of securing them with a conventional indexer brake escalates. To address this, we've developed a proprietary hydraulic braking system designed for robust off-center milling and drilling operations. Offering up to five times the clamping torque compared to a standard rotary table, this solution ensures your fixture remains stable and rigid during the manufacturing process. Our brake system is mounted on the outboard support of our Trunnions and operates in conjunction with the indexer brake, providing simultaneous clamping action.
