Stallion 12-48 CNC Trunnion Table

The Stallion 12-48 Trunnion Table is designed to accommodate even larger parts than the 9-35 and 10-30 models, expanding the range of machining capabilities for substantial components. Given its considerable size, the integration of our hydraulic clamping outboard braking system is strongly recommended. This system is essential for reducing the likelihood of tool forces displacing the rotary table by surpassing the capabilities of the standard rotary table brake system. The necessity of handling or indicating a part introduces a higher chance of it being scrapped. By employing 4th axis milling, the Stallion Trunnion Table significantly mitigates this risk. Its ability to rotate fully 360 degrees enables the machining of multiple sides of a part, thus minimizing the frequency with which operators need to manually handle the part.
