Martin Trunnion Tables and Lyndex Nikken are now offering complete 4th axis packages. Ready to be mounted into your machine tool, your Stallion Trunnion Table will already be attached to the Lyndex Nikken rotary table of your choice and assembled onto a baseplate. This allows for an easy transition from 3-axis machining to 4-axis machining. Our line of trunnion tables can be made to fit any Lyndex Nikken indexer.  Multiple workholding options are also available including 5th axis, AME, Schunk, Triag, Orange Vise and more. Nikken CNC 260 with Stallion 9/23 Quick Change

The Stallion 9/23 Quick Change, especially when paired with the fast and accurate Lyndex Nikken CNC 260, offers immense repeatability and setup flexibility. In this fixture we are utilizing the Jergens Ball Locks as well as the Paws Workholding Wedge Clamps. This setup allows us to load a set of parts offline while a different set is being machined. We have estimated that sub plates can be interchanged in roughly 60 seconds.

Here we are using the Stallion 9/23 Double Sided along with the Jergens Fixture Pro Vises as well as the Lyndex Nikken CNC 260 Rotary Table. We are also supporting this 4th axis fixture with the TS1200 Hydraulic Braking System.

CNC 180 Rotary Table with Stallion Tombstone Fixture

Perfect for high production jobs, the Stallion Tombstone Trunnion Table allows for manufacturers to produce at four times the efficiency of the standard single sided 4th axis. Combined with the self centering, Delta IV vise from Orange Vise Company, this fixture provides extreme efficiency and accuracy.  This setup is hooked up to the CNC 180 from Lyndex Nikken.

CNC 260 Rotary Table with Stallion Tombstone Trunnion

Adding a modular workholding system to the Stallion Tombstone Fixture offers incredible setup flexibility.  These rails and power clamps can be placed anywhere on a standard, two inch grid pattern, and the power clamps can be placed anywhere on this serrated rail. This allows the end user to machine a variety of part lengths and widths.

CNC 260 Rotary Table with Stallion Tombstone

Combining the efficiency of the Stallion Tombstone Fixture with the 5th Axis V552 Self Centering Vises offers incredible CNC machining efficiency. This setup also features the Rocklock Bases, which allow us to rotate the vises easily and accurately. Because of this, it becomes much easier to machine all 6 sides of this part. This assembly is hooked up to the CNC 260 rotary table and is using the TS1200 hydraulic brake.
