The Stallion Quick Change system empowers an operator to swiftly load and unload parts onto a sub-plate while another set of parts is being machined. The sub-plates can be conveniently swapped out using Ballock hardware, streamlining the process. Handling or indicating a part each time elevates the risk of rendering it unusable. This risk is significantly reduced by the Stallion Trunnion Table through the use of 4th axis milling. Featuring full 360-degree rotation, it facilitates the machining of multiple sides of a part, thus reducing the frequency with which operators need to handle the parts.
