Samchully S-200 Rotary Table with Stallion 9-23

There is no better fixture for the Samchully S-200 rotary table than the Stallion 9/23 Trunnion Table with a 2 inch grid pattern. This setup is versatile, efficient, and features extremely rigid, class 35 cast iron.  Adding modular workholding from Triag International makes this setup very flexible as clamping modules can be moved anywhere along the serrated rail. This gives us the option to machine a variety of part lengths.

Samchully S-170 Rotary Table and Stallion 9-20

The Samchully S-170 rotary table, their smallest model in the S series, can be easily equipped with a Stallion 9/20 Trunnion Table.  In this fixture we are utilizing the Fixture Pro Vises from Jergens Inc. as well as a riser block to insure part clearance.

Samchully S-250 with Stallion 9-23 Trunnion

​On larger machines, such as the Doosan DNM 5700, it is often possible to use a 4th axis solution to machine 3 sides of a part while leaving room for a second operation to be machined in a vise separate from that on the 4th axis. In this fixture we are using the Stallion 9/20 Trunnion Table along with the Samchully S-250 and PCV Vises. This is made possible with a fixture plate that resides on the machine table of the Doosan DNM 5700.

Samchully S-200 Rotary Table with Stallion 9-23 QC

A quick change system is often valuable when cycle times are short and loading time needs to be minimized. We often use Jergens Inc. Ball Lock Workholding on our Trunnion Tables to allow for fast and repeatable loading.  It is also valuable to use low-profile clamping, such as the Paws Wedge Clamps. This setup allows us to clamp eight parts simultaneously as well as load blank stock offline. This assembly is mounted to the Samchully S-200 Rotary Table.

Samchully S-320 Rotary Table with Tombstone

The best way to maximize the volume and throughput of your machining center is with a rotary table and a multisided fixture.  This 6" x 6" x 36" 4th axis tombstone is tooled up with CDV self centering vises from Advanced Machine and Engineering

Samchully S-250 Rotary Table with Multisded Fixture

The Triangle Trunnion Table offers the perfect blend of tool clearance and productivity. This fixture features the rocklock bases and self centering vises from 5th Axis Workholding. This setup also includes a penumatic braking system that helps to keep the fixture extremely rigid when taking heavy, off-center cuts.
