Stallion Triangle Trunnion

The 3-sided tombstone fixture represents an optimal combination of tool clearance and productivity. This multisided trunnion setup provides two significant benefits. Firstly, it enables an operator to load a higher number of parts per cycle compared to single or double-sided configurations. Secondly, it offers improved tool clearance over single, double, or even four-sided setups, allowing for the use of shorter tools which contributes to increased rigidity. Equipped with full 360-degree rotation capability, it allows for the machining of multiple sides of a part in just one setup, minimizing the need for manual handling by operators and thereby enhancing efficiency.
