CNC tombstone Fixtures for horizontals

We are extremely excited to announce that we are now offering tombstones for Horizontal Machining Centers.  These CNC Tombstone fixtures can be made in a variety of shapes, sizes, and materials:

AMROK tombstones are designed to hold the industry's tightest tolerances for flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, surface finish and hole location. These CNC machining fixtures can be made specific to any customer's workholding solution, including Schunk, 5th Axis, Mitee-Bite, Jergens, Paws, and many other workholding brands. The tooling columns also come in a variety of shapes, including Cubes, Cross-Columns, Double Angles, Triangles, Hexagons, and Octagons.  With this many configurations available, our goal is to have a tooling solution that fits all of your CNC machining needs. 

There are also a variety of materials available. The workholding devices can be made in Aluminum, Cast Iron, Steel, or Epoxy Mineral.  We are also offering industry standard, 2-inch grid patterns, which utilize hardened inserts and bushings to provide longevity and durability.  These fixtures are guaranteed to be flat within .0005", parallel within .0005", and perpendicular within .0008".
